How Did Prosper Group Assist Their Client?
Kennards Hire had outgrown their existing site in Slacks Creek. Prosper Group were engaged by Kennards Hire to source a larger property with improved exposure and functionality to that of their existing site.
Prosper Group sourced a fantastic property on a prominent high exposure corner position and only 500m from Kennards existing property. The property was predominantly being used as a car sales yard with 3 other tenants all on long term leases. In order for this property to work as a Kennards Hire branch Prosper Group had to negotiate the surrender of all 4 leases and achieve this within our 30 day due diligence period.
Along with negotiating the surrender of the existing leases, Prosper Group worked with various consultants in order to overcome other complexities with this site.
Whilst this was a difficult deal to pull together, it was a perfect fit for Kennards Hire and is now one of their bets performing Queensland branches.
Having out grown an existing location, we (Kennards Hire) decided to look into the option of relocating that branch.
Not having enough time to devote to such a large task and having previously worked with Prosper Group on another of our properties I engaged their services to assist with the location of the new site.
Prosper Group showed their professionalism and expertise throughout the whole process, making the job very easy for me.
