How Did Prosper Group Assist Their Client?

Our owner occupier client had been searching for some time for their new Queensland warehouse facility, with little success.

After being engaged, Prosper Group covered the market, quickly confirming our previously advised thoughts, that our client’s requirements and budget were going to be very difficult to achieve from an existing warehouse.

Prosper Group then introduced a developer, who owned well located Industrial land and the ability to build a new high spec warehouse, specifically for our client.

Prosper Group worked with the developer to design a warehouse meeting our client’s criteria, negotiated the turn-key deal and acted as our clients project manager throughout the build.

Our very happy client is now enjoying operating from their new Queensland headquarters.
