Do you work with specific agents?
Prosper Group is independent and does not work exclusively with any specific agents. We know which agents are good for which style of property and location.
We evaluate our clients property and position and advise which agent we feel is best to carry out the campaign. Although we maintain good working relationships with many agents, we have no bias towards any particular agent as our sole interest is our clients benefit.
Do you take care of the legal aspects?
While we do not handle the legal requirements for selling your property, we can offer assistance with standard questions based on our experience. We can work with your legal representative or offer recommendations for a solicitor/ conveyancer to handle the legal aspects of the sale.
