Beau Stewart

Beau joined Prosper Group with a clear mandate to lead the Advisory team and transaction management services of the group. With a national focus, Beau is responsible for acting for clients seeking advisory and or transactional assistance on discreet projects or the development and implementation of national CRE strategies.

Beau has over 20 years experience in managing the acquisition and divestiture of freehold and leasehold property for private and public sector organisations across Australia and in the UK. Throughout his career, Beau has been exposed to all areas of commercial property including consultancy, acquisitions, tenant/occupier advisory, sales and leasing.

For the last 20 years, Beau has worked in a national capacity responsible for Buyer Advocacy and Tenant Advocacy projects from individual transactions to full client relationship management of national portfolios within Australia and New Zealand. The client base ranges from Commercial, Retail and Industrial.
