Bryce Cunynghame

Bryce has an extensive background in commercial real estate and asset management.  Prior to joining Prosper Group Bryce worked with Cushman & Wakefield and Colliers representing private investors, government, corporate clients, and institutions.

Bryce’s experience with asset management ranges from the day-to-day running of an asset to capital expenditure projects and strategic asset planning.  His end-to-end knowledge delivers efficiencies to improve the financial performance of the asset.  Bryce is motivated to ensure the assets he manages perform to their potential and deliver the best outcomes to both the property owners and tenants.
