Sara is recognised for her exceptional organisation, efficiency and relationship-building abilities, with the aim of achieving the best outcomes for both her landlords and tenants.  Sara prides herself in delivering cost-effective solutions and her strong negotiation skills secure effective leases.

With prior experience representing both landlords and lessors, Sara has exceptional experience in structuring leases, minimising outgoings and how a commercial asset should operate. Her experience has taught her how long standing relationships assist to maximise our clients long term goals.
